I am unable to browse a particular web page when using https from my computer.

However I can navigate to that page from any other computer using IE7 an
even I can browse the same page from my computer by using Mozilla Firefox.

This page allow http or https connections, and I am able to open it in http,
but when I change the url to use https it doesn't work. IE7 shows the message
telling me "Internet Explorer cannot display webpage" sugesting that the page
is not found, the webite is unavailable or there is a DNS problem.

It looks like a problem with my IE configuration, to check that I switched
from my domain account to another one (a local pc account) and I still having
the same problem.

That particular web page is not listed under restricted sites.

Any Idea?

Full Windows version (e.g., Vista SP1; WinXP SP3)?

Is Automatic Updates enabled and is the machine currently fully patched at
Windows Update?

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed?  What
anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)?  What third-party firewall
(if any)?
