I need to download (if one exists) a High Encryption Pack for Internet
Explorer 7. Here is my current configuration.

Windows Vista
Internet Explorer 7
Cipher Strength 256-bit

I cannot log in to a United States Federal Government security Web site
(http://www.opm.gov/e-qip/) until I have 128-bit encryption.

In have not been able to locate a High Encryption Pack for Internet Explorer
7.

I hope someone can help.

Always state your full Windows version (e.g., Vista SP1) when posting to
this newsgroup, please.

I doubt that's your problem. See http://www.opm.gov/e-QIP/faq.asp#q1

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed? What
anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? What third-party firewall
(if any)?

Tip: See if disabling your third-party firewall AND THEN enabling the
Windows Firewall addresses the issue.
