unauthorized error message

IE version: 6.0.2900.5512.xpsp_sp3_gdr.80814.12369is

I keep getting the following message whenever I try to view profiles on a
well know photography website. I've tried changing up the security settings
in IE and in ZoneAlarm

You are not authorized to view this page
You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the
credentials you supplied.

Have you (1) Registered at the website, (2) signed-in, and (3) allowed
cookies for the website?

Yes, I'm registered and signed in. I'm not entirely sure how or if I did
indeed allow cookies from the website.
I have been able to view member profiles in the past.

IE Tools | Internet Options | Privacy | Sites: type in

[domain (e.g., photography.net)]

and Allow cookies.
