Well, blow me down! This does work!
Which leaves me wondering why in the world drag & drop doesn't. But
presumably, it does mean it's *supposed* to work, which (again, presumably)
means this will get fixed before the final release.
Thanks.

I take it back.
Yes, you can rearrange the RSS feeds using the Alt with the up or down arrow
key. But IE does not remember the new configuration. The next time you
boot, it's back to alphabetic order.
Anyway, I hope this is fixed for the final release.

reordering by any means or method whilst in the favourites window does not
work on my system. i cannot drag one from the bottom and place it near the
top like i could in ie6. i have tried the 'alt - up/down' method, i have
tried 'ctrl' clicking and dragging and 'shift' clicking and dragging and
nothing works. all that happens is that the link appears to move then when
you let go the mouse button it pops back to where it was and then goes to
that link!!
i have notice from these threads that this seems to all work ok on some
systems...
strange!

I have this same issue. I can't move items in the favorites center. i can
move them within the favorites in the menu, but the favorites center seems
locked into position. i can right click and sort by name, but that is it.
