I was wondering what I have to do in order to get to the help feature in IE.
If I press F1 I don't get anything other than I site cannot be found.

Any help on this would be great.

Thanks in advance,
Brad

I get basicaaly the same error when I try to open "Help and Support" from
the start menu. I get a message saying "Internet explorer cannot download"
from site.

Duhh,

The following steps should get the Help and Support Centre working for you
again:

1. Open Control Panel.

2. Type 'help' (without the quotes) into the context-sensitive search box.

3. Click the link that says 'Search Windows Help and Support for "help".'

Hit the F1 Key on any blank space on your desktop *will* enable Help & Support.

Apologies for the duplicate posts; it seems the Help and Support forum is
suffering from some beta bugs of its own!

I don't suspect that a bugged Forum would be dependant on multiple posts :o)
BTW - Forum URL to which you refer is?

They get a (false) message from the Web interface that their message did not
post.  It's getting better but it still happens.

Help and Support now works for me, now if I can just get my sound card
working...

Type "devmgmt.msc" (no quotes) from Start > Run...
Any Yellow Flags against *any* devices? I assume your sound card has one?
If so, you have several options.
1) Contact your sound card vendor for assistance, if they offer 24/7 support.
2) Try rolling back the drivers via Device Manager (as instructed above).
Reboot, see if the drivers re-install as they were. That is, working correctly.

Good Luck! Please post back your findings.
