In your 'Sounds and audio devices properties' settings in Control Panel,
scroll to the 'Windows Explorer' sounds and deselect 'Start navigation'.
That should do it.

Thanks. I get this annoying sound even when i am not doing anything at all.
For instance i watch a movie in Winamp and ever 45 min or so i get this
clicky noise as if i am doing something when i am not. VERY ANNOYING but this
might have fixed it hopefully. On some pages today i was geting 4 or 5 click
noises and that is just a nuisanace if anything else.
