I prefer the tool menu (File, Edit, etc.) and have enabled that.  Now how do
I keep the the star buttons from showing up?  The Favorites center and I
forget what the other one is.

And why can't I move my address bar underneat the tools menu?!!

Thanks, that answers the tools menu question.  Anyone have an answer for the
Favorites Star button?

Wrong - there's always a way.  I find this star to be annoying and I want it
gone.  Takes up too much space on the screen.  Can anyone post a way to
remove the star(s) or at least move them to the same row as the Menu Bar?  I
can't believe MS overlooked this gigantic waste of space.

If you want more space get rid of the menu bar.  I can't think of a single
command available there that isn't available on the Command Bar.  (Although
I would prefer just the menu bar.  I do better with words than icons.)
