Whenever I open IE7, it always goes to the customize your settings page. This
page doesn't even load. I have my home page set as Yahoo, but it always goes
to http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx. How can I fix this?

Thanks

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
"RunOnceHasShown"=dword:00000001
"RunOnceComplete"=dword:00000001

Save this as a .reg file and run it, it will stop IE7 from trying to load
the configuration page.

These entries are made after you run the configuration so there is no harm
there.

(1) Go to Start, Run and type in REGEDIT

(2) Under the registry key:

"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software
                                                    Microsoft
                                                                Internet
Explorer

Main"

• (if you are using Vista, chose either 32-bit or 64-bit according the
internet explorer version that you use.)

create two "DWORD" values (With a value of "1"), with the following names:

"RunOnceComplete"

"RunOnceHasShown"

(3) Restart the internet explorer.

I'm having the same problem along with some others.  My post is below yours.
Hopefully they can get this resolved or one of us gets an answer.  If you
hear something let me know.  Thanks Tim
