Hi,
Did you use the uninstaller from
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157 before
reinstalling? Getting the previous version completely uninstalled usually
helps.

Try this it worked for me.
Add the site containing the swf to the Trusted Zone (uncheck the HTTPS box).
