Since I have downloaded IE 7.0 there is always an error in Windows XP after the computer boots up that says: ____________________________________________________________________ SMARTBRIDGE ALERTS: MOTIVE SB.EX - ENTRYPOINT NOT FOUND The procedure point getprocess image file nameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL ____________________________________________________________________ Although I can close the error window above and there are no problems, it is irritating when it pops up everytime I turn on my computer. Could someone instruct me on how to resolve the issue. Hi, Go to http://www.ie-vista.com/known_issues.html Look for "PSAPI Errors" about 3/4 down the page. Next to it was the PSAPI.dll it was groaning about. Hi, PSAPI.DLL shouldn't be a hidden file. Are you sure that you allowed time for the search? Typed psapi.dll correctly? Is there one in C:\WINDOWS\system32 ?
