tab is opening in a new window

hi no matter what i have the settings on when ever i ask it to open a link in
a new tab it opens it in a new window, the only way i can use tabs is to open
aother tab and enter the address manual has anyone else had this problem

yep, same problem here. i havent found a fix yet. played with all the
settings, reset all defaults and it still does it. then i uninstalled and
re-installed ie7 and it STILL does it. aargh!

can anyone help?

I've got the same problem on my computer... came here hoping I'd find someone
with a solution... can't believe I'm leaving without it.

Somone, please... help??????
