I have Windows 2000. IE 6.0.028
When I visit websites, I get this error message:
A runtime error has occurred.
Do you wish to debug?
Line:___
Error:_________
If I say Yes to debug, MS Script editor opens, then asks for additional
software.
If I say NO, I receive 100's of errors one after the other.
Any help???
I hear your pain!
One week it took me to resolve the problem...

My fix was removing the Google Toolbar
