lost tool bar

Since insalling the latest explorer I have lost my top tool bar the one that
shows File-edit etc,how do I get it back

Hi Tony,

You need to just press the "Alt" key to be able access the File-edit menu.

Right click at up near the top in a gray area and select menu bar. You can
also add the status bar if you want in that same location.

I had this problem. It seems related to the Google Toolbar! I right clicked
and found the 'Menu Bar'  was checked bur not visible. The Google Tool bar
option was not checked, so I checked it and lo and behold, the menu bar optio
was now not checked. So I checked that and Voila! my tool bar reappeared!! I
have 'locked toolbar' in hopes that things will remain as I want them.
