Intermitent IE 7 & Vista runtime error

Ever since I bought this new HP laptop running Vista Home Premium I get an IE
7 runtime error EVERY OTHER TIME I BOOT UP. I simply re-boot an dthe problem
is gone, then next time I start up I get the error and IE7 won't start. Has
anyone else seen this?

You get this error before you do something to start IE?
What is the complete error message?

Frank,

It just happened again this morning, I get a pop-up box titled :Microsoft
Visual C ++ Runtime Library" and the message says Program c:\Program
Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

That's it, does that help?
