Hi.
On Vista there are sometimes connection problems with IE (and firefox too).
It just happens form one to anaother moment, and pages can't be displayed
anymore. It's no problem with my internet connection, because other programs
still work (eg. Outlook, Instant Messengers, Internet Radio). Just the
browsers don't work anymore. The only way to fix it, ist rebooting the
computer. My internet access ist via LAN. The router is always connected to
the internet. On the same computer with XP there haver never been problems
like this. In my opinion this error doesn't appear regularly and has nothing
to do with the programs which are running at that time.
Please help me, I'm sick of rebooting....
Thank you,
Stephan

maybe it's a part of the new ms-security program...
it's not a bug, it's a feature ;)

hey i get the same problem too. I can tell I am connected because all my
other programs do work except browser. But stephen instead of restarting your
system its best if you just release/renew your ip address through >run and
then type cmd then ok.
type ipconfig/release
wait
then type ipconfig/renew
