I am having a hard time with certain web pages on internet explorer. I am
trying to download adobe flash player and can not do it with internet
explorer  but am able to do it with Netscape. I have spoke to adobe and they
can not help me. So it must have something to do with internet explorer.

Exactly what happens when you try to download using Internet Explorer?  List
step by step, please.

Have you tried No Add-ons Mode?  Right click IE desktop icon and select
Start Without Add-ons.

Try uninstalling / reinstalling Flash Player. Use the uninstaller at

Your last website you gave me said it can only be used for XP Pro. I have
Vista so I am not sure if I am able to use it. I tried unistalling it and
reinstalling it but the same thing happened. This is so frustrating because a
couple of weeks ago everything was working just fine.

No, I wouldn't try SubInACL on Vista.
