Problem with editing tool

I have a problem with the page editing tools in Internet Explorer 6. The
problem is that Notepad is not listed under Tools > Internet Options >
Programs. Under HTML editor, all that is available is Microsoft FrontPage
editor. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
