Is there a (not too difficult) way I can browse all cookies on
my computer and delete those that I do not want to keep?

Tools>Internet Options>General Tab
Under Browsing History click on Settings
Click on View Files
Right click and delete selected cookies
Click Red X to close window
Click OK twice
