Internet Explorer does not work on my new PC, and only opened on the first
day I had the machine. I had not connected to the internet, so this cannot be
a virus/malware etc problem. Just in case, I ran various checks after reading
other posts and the system is clean.

How do I reinstall IE7? I've tried downloading various versions from the
microsoft site, but this does not work either.

Please help - this is very frustrating.
