Button or shortcut for Print Preview?

Just upgraded to IE 7, mostly for the ability to better control printing. IE
6 had a menu button for Print Preview that avoided having to mouse up to File
then down to Print Preview. I don't see a similar button in IE 7.

As someone who would rather use the keyboard than the mouse, I'd love to
find a keyboard shortcut to Print Preview. Does one exist?

the one I found is Alt + F + V. I don't know, though, if there's a shorter
one.

See IE7 Help > Customize the Internet Explorer toolbars > To change buttons
on the Command bar
