win xp user having 2 user accounts. both using IE7, the first account is ok, but in 2nd account, IE7 becomes blank everytime i open. tried to visit various websites but still remain blank. the problem persisted even after creating a new 3rd account. internet connection is on, homepage is set to google. any idea why?
