Have you tried Run As Administrator?

UAC step-by-step guide. You can Mark an application to run elevated one
time or always run elevated.

Yes I tried running as Administrator that works but it shuts down protected
mode. My home page is google.

Protected mode is only available if UAC is on. Did you turn off UAC?

Scroll down to printing and check the appropriate box.
