Whenever i visit webpages with IE7, they come up the same as the last time i
visited, and i have to hit refresh and then it updates to today's date and
gives me my new mail, posts etc.  Is there a way to set it to check for new
info so i don't have to hit the refresh button at every site??

But of course, my friend:

Tools > Internet Options > General tab > Browsing history - Settings
button > 'Check for newer versions of stored pages' > Make your choice
