Small Problem w/IE7 Pro add on

I installed the add on IE7 Pro. Changed some settings, did not like it,
removed through add and remove. I lost the ability to do tabbed browsing.
Internet options/general /reset to default/ Tabbed browsing still does not
work.
Stay away from this add on, nothing but trouble.
Did a system restore to before add on and still will not work.

How do I fix the problem?

Ignore my post. The nut behind the wheel is loose. I am stupid. I just need
to learn to use tabbed browsing. It works with favorites and control and the
middle mouse button. I apologize but am new to IE7. So far I really like it.
