Restricted sites missing in non-admin acct

IE7 in administrator's acct has tons of Restricted internet sites  and sites
whose cookies are always blocked(privacy).  In the common user's acct, IE7
has none of these sites.
Is there a way to duplicate these sites into the common user's acct without
entering them one by one?
Thanks

How did they get into the Administrator's account?
If they were put there using a security tool,
perhaps you could run the same tool under the other account?

Good luck

Thanks Robert.  No special security tool was used..the restricted sites
appear to be normal security updates from Microsoft. If so, why aren't they
applied to all users?? If some users don't want some of them, they can be
removed.
Not feeling lucky on this one.

How did they get there then?   The default is no entries.

Because security tools typically are used by administrators?

That's right.   Ditto for adding them.   <eg>

Strange indeed after your comment on 'no entry' default.
I even did a complete re-download, re-install of IE7 and same restricted
sites appeared once again in Admin acct but not in other User acct(no
privileges).
Restricted sites range from *.008i.com thru dialers, sexlinks, etc to
you-search.com.ru   .....probably several hundred.

Are you installing an IEAK generated version of IE7?

You could check with  Help, About.   See if there are any differences
between the two users on that dialog.

The IE7 version in both accts(admin and non-admin) are the same: 7.0.5730.11
downloaded from Microsoft thru genuine authentication etc.

Solution found in CyberTechHelp:
An extensive and up-to-date list of Restricted Sites is put into the
Restricted Zone by SPYWAREBLASTER.   Only applies to Internet Explorer, and
needs to be enabled for each "user".

This thread can now be closed.  Thanks for everyone's help.
