when i type www.match.com the system takes me to a new window and at the
bottom of the page on the left is says done but nothing happens. It seems
that there is an error and my computer cannot get into the site.

Is that the only site you have trouble with?

What if you right click the IE icon on the desktop and choose Start Without
Add-ons?
Or go to Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Internet
Explorer (No Add-ons).
