Hi,

we have 2 terminal servers with w2k3 sp 1 and internet explorer 6 installed.
When we try to open some pages related with javascript, for the most pages it
is functional but for example a page with a datepicker (calendar) we get on
these 2 machines always the error:

Line:124
char: 2
error: invalid access to memory location

I downloaded already the latest java version, set all the security to low so
scripting, java are enabled.

When I try these pages on other W2k3 + sp1 machines everything works.

Please suggestions, because It's driving me crazy at the moment

That looks like a JavaScript error rather than a Java error.  (They are
different things.)

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.

1. You might want to refresh your scripting engine:

2. Sometimes there's a corrupt file in the cache and one must go to Tools |
Internet Options and click Delete Files.

2a. Start | Run | Regsvr32 vbscript.dll

2b. Start | Run | Regsvr32 jscript.dll

3. Re-register all DLLs listed in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=281679

5a. IE Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Browsing>Enable third-party browser
extensions (uncheck & reboot).

5b. Find the hijacker that caused 5a to be checked (or if none were checked,
check for hijackware anyway):
