When I Shift/Right click a link on a web page, the new page opens up in
Restored Down display.
I don't mind if it opens in Restored Down or Maximum, I just want it to fill
my screen, I always have to alter it, I'm sure it wasn't always like that.

I tried an old Win98 trick of expanding the window to the size I wanted then
closing whilst holding down Ctrl but it didn't help.

Just realised that even pressing Restore Down on a Maximised screen has the
same effect, maybe I'm missing a very easy solution??

Anyone help me guys?

Resize an IE window > Close all *other* IE windows that are open > Now close
the one you resized.

An embarrassingly simple solution PA but I guess that's why you are where
you are and I am down here.

Sincere thanx

btw, I have been reading your responses in win98 general for years. Keep  up
the stunning work.
