How to Open a link from my favorites in a new tab

Hi,
  Actually when I am using FireFox I found an very good advantage of
opening a link from favorites in a new browser by selecting from a right
click, which I haven't found in IE7 is this facility there in IE?

If you open the favorites sidebar and right-click on a link you get the
"Open in New Tab" context menu, but surprisingly not from anywhere
else....very strange programming.....
