IE7 Help Seeker - Denver - 28 Jun 2007 19:50 GMT
I have windows vista Basic and IE7 on my new Acer Laptop

For the last 3-4 weeks, when I try to open some websites including
www.cheaptickets.com & www.orbitz.com, I get an error message "Problems with
the webpage might prevent it from being displayed properly or functioning
properly"

Furthermore, it doesnot alow me to login to those sites to review my past
travel bookings.

Any help is appreciated.

Try starting without Add-Ons
Windows logo key + R > iexplore.exe –extoff
Does it still persist?

Right click IE icon and select Run as Administrator.  Does it still persist

Run > Type in MSCONFIG
Click on Startup Tab
Uncheck processes that are unnecessary for startup such as qttask, itunes
helper, etc...  If you're not familiar with the processes, type them into the
search window here or click on corresponding link.

Reboot and try again.
