Hi,
Go to Internet Options> Content> Autocomplete, check the appropriate boxes.
It may help if the cookie slider is set to medium, low or accept all-
Internet Options> Privacy.

Thanks for the response, I have the boxes set to remember user name and
password, but will check all those recommended settings.
