I am having troubles getting some pictures or graphics to come up on some
websites. I have a computer with IE 6.0…. and Windows 2000 (I know but I do
not have an option, still running a program that will not run on anything
newer.) When I log on to the guest account which I switched to a Restricted
User, SOME websites do not load correctly. The pictures and the graphics do
not show up on the page. I tried Standard User but that did not help. When I
log on as administrator, the web pictures come up fine. I have tried setting
the sites up as a Trusted site, and I have tried to match most of the setting
on the advanced tab of Internet Options. I am actually only having trouble
with one site right now. (www.nascar.com) I know it is not the website or the
computer because I can get to the website when I am logged on to the same
machine as the administrator or other users and everything works just fine.

See the following:

Possibly using Compatibility Mode with the program may help:

Hi Josh,
You did not mention if you are using a Firewall product. Nortons (which I
use) has a 'Productivity Control' option that will block inline
advertisements or images that are sourced from know web sites. Another
possibility is the Hosts file, but this is unlikely as it applies to all
users on a computer.
You will find the Multimedia settings (pictures, sound and animations) on
the Advanced tab of Internet Options. To me it appears that when you changed
(created) to a new (restricted) user that IE adopted the default settings
and that all that is required now is for you to adjust the Multimedia
settings on the Advanced tab of Internet Options.
Regards.
