I haven't been able to completely finihs uploading some website. I triend to
get google or myspace my browser finds the webs site and connected but it
only displayes a couple of things fdrom the web site. it's starting to get
really annoyinh. can some one help me.
Windows operating system, please? Vista? XP?
Right click on IE desktop icon and select Start Without Add-ons. Does it
still persist
If using Vista, Start>Run>Type in iexplore.exe –extoff in order to run
without add-ons.
If you have no issue, you have a conflicting add-on and can re-enable them
one by one to locate the bad one. Remove it, reboot and relaunch IE.
You might also try a browser reset. Tools>Internet Options>Advanced
Tab>Reset button.

Did you try without Add-ons? Or browser reset?
Try Tools>Internet Options>Connection Tab>
Click on Lan Settings Button
Check Automatically Detect Settings
Click Ok twice
