I can no longer connect to the internet on other user accounts. This problem
began a few days ago. I only have one computer and only 2 people use this
computer but only I (adminstrator) can connect to the internet. Problem
reporting found no solutions.

Please help.

Hi,

Since each user account will have it's own cache, history, add-ons, etc, try
these steps from each account.

1. You may have an incompatible browser add-on.
See: http://www.enhanceie.com/ie/troubleshoot.asp
for troubleshooting information.

The troublesome program may not show up as an add-on. Disable other
security, privacy, ad-blocking programs to see if one of them is causing the
problem. Any program that interacts with Internet Explorer could be causing
this. The connection with IE may not be obvious, such as Google Desktop.

A firewall will probably not be causing this problem, but be sure to turn on
the Windows Firewall from Control Panel> Windows Firewall before disabling a
third-party firewall or security suite during testing.

2. Try the Reset button in Internet Options> Advanced. Note that this will
delete stored (autocomplete) passwords. Do you have those recorded
elsewhere?

If resetting IE settings helps, you may  still have to re-enable browser
add-ons individually to see if the troublesome one can be found.
See: http://www.enhanceie.com/ie/troubleshoot.asp

Hope this helps,
