Can I get links from email to open in a new TAB?
At the moment it starts a new instance of IE(7)
OR
Can I prevent two instances of IE being open at the same time?

Yes - you have looked at the Tabbed Browsing settings in Internet Options?
(Unless Outlook Express is your email client, in which case it doesn't work
and is not likely to be fixed...)

No it was from 40tude Dialog newsreader and I found it http://www.tech-
recipes.com/internet_explorer_ie7_tips1164.html
