Hi

sbs 2003 premium with isa 2004. Internet Explore 6 . When trying to access a
secure banking site on one win xp client pc I get below errors. However
accessing the same site from another pc works fine. What could be reason for
the problem and how can I fix it?

Thanks

Is anything from Norton (Symantec) installed?

I just had a computer in the shop that wouldn't connect to secure sites
until I uninstalled Norton and replaced it with NOD32.

John,
I had a similar problem recently on a new computer and had to register a
series of dlls.  Once that was done it worked fine.  I believe this article
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/818018
has the list of dlls I registered and how to register them about 2/3rds of
the way down the page under the title "Register DLLs".  Hope this helps.

All went OK except msjava.dll. Is this a necessary file? Where can I get it?

Thanks

John,

Don't know myself if it is necessary or not.  I have a vague memory of one
dll having a problem myself, but after I registered everything else I was
able to access secure sites.  Sorry I don't know which one.

The two computers are not configured the same.  Compare them, and
modify the one that cannot currently view the secure site to match the
one that can.
