Wireless Connection Icon

One day I'm on my computer and its fine and everything but when i go to get
on the next day, under MY Network Connections, The Wireless Connection Icon
is now gone and i can't figure out how to get it back. I have Linksys adapter
for that computer and it is workin fine but wont connect to the internet.
Could someone help me?

How the Linksys adapter is working Fine and you cannot connect?.

Did you try to check the Adapters in the Device Manager?.
If your wireless in the Device manager, try to remove it and Reboot the
system, you will get the  wireless back.
Do you see the wireless icon on the Control Panel?, if you do then your
wireless not been set and you need to run the wizard to establish a
connection/create a wireless connection.
