close IE

hi!
whenever i try to close the IE down, EACH TIME, it says IE has stopped
working and restarting, and opens another window. Why?? Anyone out there with
the same problem? This started out of no where. IT was fine for the past 6
months!

Hi !
Whenever I close a tab of IE, I get an error message and then IE
shuts itself down. This has started only recently.

can anyone help

What if you right click the IE icon on the desktop and choose Start Without
Add-ons?
Or go to Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Internet
Explorer (No Add-ons).
