somone help i had to reinstall ie7 now i have no ie7 updates

HI there i lost all my ie7 updates and microsoft update is not giving them to
me how do i get them back please somone help. i even told ie7 to d-load them
and i have none. is there a place i can get them thanks.

Have you really tried

yes says i allready have them but i don't they are not listed in add remove
programs anymore i have none :( please help what can i do how do i get them
back is there a site that list all them so i can redown load them. somone
help please.

Check in your update history

panel: "Review your update history".

thats what i'm saying miocrosoft says i have them but i donot i just allso
looked in ie7 update folder i have no updates in there at all there gone i
have no whey of getting them back please help me how do i get back :( i'm
stumped

In Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs have you checked the box to Show
Updates?
Have you set Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders?
Is Automatic Updates turned on?

i must of had a corupted install i tried to instal ie7 again and it was the
same thing no updates so i then uninstalled it one more time so this makes
the third time and i removed everything ie7 even its folders and you now what
they say third times a charm im starting to get updates for it again so far i
have goten two. i hope i get more as i had like 4 at one time.

Sounds promising.
You also can reset IE7.
Tools | Internet Options | Advanced tab | Reset Internet Explorer settings,
click on to 'Reset...'

this problem is solved i just did a reinstall of my xp operating system i
never said i was runing vista somone said that in the log but i was on xp.
now i i cant get netframework 1.1 service pack to install it fails all the
time.

go to microsoft.public.windows.update; look around - you'll find pertinent
responses similar to your problem.
