outlook and IE7 connectivity

Hi all,

When I try to connect to outlook help from outlook I get a message that I
need to
enable script in my IE 7 browser,

THE MESSAGE
(One Moment Please...To help optimize how your Web pages are displayed, we
are checking to see if a 2007 Microsoft Office program is installed.

I have enabled every script I could find, still
no connection, I must be missing something very basic, please help.
