All of a sudden I have no toolbar which means no address bar or any other
buttons. I also can not see my favorite website list. Does anyone know what I
can do to resolve this situation so I can surf the net? TNX!

Are you missing all toolbars or just one or two?
If the latter, what toolbars are you missing and what ones do you
have?
