ie7 freezing

I have installed windows vista and ie 7.  Ie 7 takes for every before I can
use it, like it is stuck.

What is wrong please email at bizeemommie@hotmail.com

I will open up ie7 and I will go to address section to type in say
"www.google.com" but I can't do anything, I can't even go to my favorites. I
just can't do anything I have to wait about 3-5 minutes before I can do
anything.

What if you right click the IE icon on the desktop and choose Start Without
Add-ons?
Or go to Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Internet
Explorer (No Add-ons).
