How to find files uploaded to IE7?

I submitted an application onlineand with it uploaded my resume. However, I'm
not sure if I uploaded the right resume. I was wondering if there was a way
to find a log or list of the files I have uploaded onto IE7 and see what
exactly I uploaded. Like a File Transfer History or something.

Yes. FTM_History.xhml and FTMTransferList.txt
Look in:
C:\Users\AppDate\Owner\Roaming\Microsoft
