I frequent this website and this is the first time I encountered such problem
after changing a new PC installed with IE7. When I clicked on the "additional
views", "excerpts", "table of contents" links, nothing happened. It usually
shows a new page either in a new window or tab (depending on tab setting). At
first I thought it was a temporary problem of the website. But when I tried
on other system/prog, e.g. Mac/Safari, there was no problem. Really
appreciate for advices to solve this issue. Thanks!

Hi,

This could be a problem where the Pop-up blocker could block these links
from coming out.

Check out whether you have any toolbars or pop up blockers installed in the
Computer if so please uninstall them

Try to check whether you have this kind of similar issue on a new user account

If you still have the same issue. This is the file which will re-register
the dll files of the IE 7 which can fix the problem for you click on this
following link. I hope your problem will be resolved.

If you still have any queries please let me know about that

Thanks,
Anish

Thanks Anish. May I know what is the file and its uses? I had pop-up blocker
in my previous IE and other prog like Safari but have never encountered such
problem before. Additional info: when clicked on the link, the address bar
showed the URL of the pop-up link but no change to the current window view.

Hi

The link has the file to re-register all the dll files for the IE 7 Browser.
So this has been changed as the batch file for usage of people who has
problems.
I had collected all the dll files for the IE 7 and created this batch file

So i guess you can use it. And you are right even the IE 6 had the pop up
blockers
but some toolbars has the pop up blockers which are more effective which
inturn blocks all the websites which are intended to be opened

Then possibilty of a user account profile corruption is frequent for this
issue
so i suggest you to check in a new user account also

Thanks,
Anish

The link at the site requires PDF Reader

I went to your site; it works for me.
I have pop-up blocker aand anti-phishing turned on, so that is not your
problem.

The "Table of Contents" link is in PDF files.
You will have to go to Adobe to update your PDF Reader.
