ie works fine under a windows admin account, but NOT under a non-admin
account. here's a shot of two instances of ie, one running with
windows admin account, the other running as a non-admin. see the
"Error On Page" yellow bang on the lower left of one window, and NO
error on the other window?

Try these two commands:
Start | Run | Regsvr32 vbscript.dll
Start | Run | Regsvr32 jscript.dll

i did both Regsvr32 commands, as Windows admin. the problem persists
on the non-admin windows account, with no change.

Try it in the non-admin account.
