Every once in a while I get this error pop-up that I've pasted below, at the
top of the window it says "Computer browser has stopped working?".  I've also
had problems starting up my computer.  This problem seems to be random,
sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesnt.  When I try to login it says that
it cant find the desktop.  Most everything goes black and only a few things
show up in the start menu.  I'm not sure if all of this is related or not but
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what I could do about
either one.  Thanks for any help

Find out who created that module, why it is running, etc.
It is not a standard Microsoft file name.

My guess is that it will be malware, conveniently disguised to make searching
for other reports about it difficult.
