Hello,

When I click on Internet Options from the Tools menu, the interface does not
appear.  It appears for half a second, but then goes away.

Any solutions for this?

I should add.  I believe, but not certain, the problem occurred after I
started the IE 7 version that has "No Add-ons".

Hi,

I know this Could be just because of the File inetcpl.cpl file could have
been corrupted due to some software or file updates on the computer

Try this step

Click on Start -> Run-> regsvr32 /n /i inetcpl.cpl

Try this if this doesnot work.
This is one of the core file of the IE 7. So to get this back on the same
format it is
You have to Uninstall the IE 7

You can remove the IE 7 from the add or remove programs

Reinstall the IE 7 back again

From the Microsoft website

www.microsoft.com/ie

Please let me know whether the issue is resolved.

Thanks,
Anish

I am still waiting for a solution for this same problem. I have tried 4 times
to install IE7. Everything else is working fine.

I hope...Thank you.
