Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs
Removing Windows Internet Explorer 7 returns you to IE6.

So the statement should have been qualified with an "if"....

It just can't. Windows Vista is too different from XP, the OS for which IE6
was written. IE7 was released before Vista was released, but Vista was in
development at the time with IE7 as the browser.

Hope this helps,
Don
