Everytime I click on a link in the current window, when  a new window opens
I cannot get it to automatically open to full-size. Is there any way to have
a new window, by default, to full screen?

Launch an IE Window if it isn't full screen (max size), place your cursor on
the edge of the window.  When you see the double-headed arrows, right click
and drag it to fit your screen.  Leave it open.

Launch a second IE window and do the same with it.

Close the First IE window then close the Second

You should now be able to launch windows Full Screen (max size)
