When I open IE I get the followng url
C:\Program Files\AOL Toolbar\welcome.html
How do I get rid of this and have a url that I want

Hello,

firstly, try disabling the AOL Toolbar (Right-click near the toolbar ->
uncheck it || Tools -> Manage add-ons -> Enable or Disable Add-ons -> AOL
Toolbar -> Disable).
Secondly, you could uninstall the toolbar in Add/Remove programs in Control
Panel.
